    Provided the items are in stock, the average delivery times for an order once dispatched is:

    • Europe & USA 10 working days
    • Japan & Australia 14 working days
    • South America & the Far East 20 working days

    These are usual delivery times but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

  • Q. What if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect?

    On the rare and unfortunate event your order arrives damaged; is incorrect or incomplete – don’t panic! Simply get in touch by phone or email. We will reply rapidly with full details of what to do with incorrect or damaged items. Replacements for damaged, incorrect or missing items will be dispatched immediately.

  • Q. I live outside the UK – is there anything I need to know about receiving my order?

    All orders are sent in plain packaging and are correctly yet discreetly marked on customs forms (where applicable). All orders are sent in protective packaging to ensure they arrive with you safely and undamaged.
